Scheduling procedure:

1. To request an additional field for rain outs make-up games or practices please
email by Saturday afternoon to be considered for the following week. 

2.  Occasionally teams will be bumped from
practice for game or make-up games.  If that is the case, you will need to go the the ballpark, find a board member on duty (after 5pm during the week), have them pencil you for a practice on an open field for that week.  Please DO NOT ask the field maintenance person to do that for you.  He is not permitted to.

3.  Coaches please check the website on Sunday afternoon.  If you do not see your game on the schedule please notify me by email as soon as possible so we can add it to the schedule.
