Registration Instructions below:


Registration InformationOnline registration will open January 1st. To access it, from our home page, you will click on the "register online" button.

Once there you will login using the account you created last year. If you forgot your password you can use the forgot your password button to reset it. If this is your first year playing for Tealtown you will need to create an account before you can proceed any further with the registration (While creating the account you will have the option to link with your Facebook account to save time).

After you have created your account you will need to choose "Add children to register". Once you have added your children's information it will then proceed to the registration process. Here you will choose which league your child will be playing in (t-ball, coach pitch, knothole, select baseball, softball or S.N.A.P.). If you have multiple children you will add them after you have completed adding and registering your first child. If you already have an account and registered your child last year they will still be in the system so you will not need to add them before registering them.

***** None of you or your child's information will be able to be seen by anyone other than Tealtown board members and your child's coach.

When registering your child please note that there are not fields to select a team. You will choose the class/division your child will be playing in, enter the team your child played for last year, if applicable, then chose whether you want to be placed on the same team or a new team. If you choose new team a field will populate where you will enter the coach's name that you wish to play for. There is also a comment box where you can enter any other instructions that will help us place your child.

If you intend on being a head coach, assistant coach or team parent you will need to register as a helper. You will fill in your personal information then you will have the option to choose which sport (knothole, select, softball etc.) that you want to coach. You will then select the role you are volunteering for and which class/division that team is in. You will then be taken to the consent page where you can download all forms that you will need to be a coach at the park. Once reading and agreeing to the coaches consent you are all set.

After you have registered your child you will proceed using the Checkout button. If you are registering multiple children you will see that discount in the shopping cart. The payment options that we have setup are by check or credit card.

***** If you choose the pay by check option you will be given a reference number that you will need to write in the memo portion of your check and then mail your check to Tealtown's mailing address.

***** We would prefer that you pay by credit card but understand that some may not like the idea of using credit cards online. We want to assure you that we followed up with multiple references from this company, some that have been using them for years, and not one has ever had any issues with missing funds or identity theft.

If you don't feel comfortable registering online and would rather register in person please email tealtownballpark.reg to make other arrangements.

Registration prices will remain the same as last year. Once again we will not be charging an additional fee for players outside of the West Clermont school district.

2018 Pricing is as follows:


Knothole, Coach Pitch, Select baseball and Softball:

1 child                                                  $135.00
2 children                                          $245.00
3 children                                          $340.00
4 or more children                         $420.00

T-Ball and 8U softball                   $105.00

S.N.A.P.                                              $45.00

Late Fee(after 2/17)                        $25.00

****** Any registrations entered after February 17th are not guaranteed to be placed with a team. We will work our hardest to get your child placed on a team but some age groups fill up quickly and we don't want to force coaches to take teams with too many kids on them as that doesn't benefit anyone.


****** The option to pay by check online will no longer be available after February 13th meaning you will need to pay by credit card or make arrangements to pay in person.


****** Any registration that still has a balance after March 15th will be removed from the system and your child will not be placed with a team unless other arrangements have already been made with us.
